is about the establishment of the Garden of Creation Care—reflect the God-given vision entrusted to Dr. Yousaf Riaz. With deep humility and complete submission to the first and foremost commandment of Genesis 2:15, he recognizes the divine call “to till and to keep” God’s Creation.
Dr. Yousaf believes that the many ups and downs he has experienced throughout his life were part of God’s way of revealing this mission to him. Through these seasons of challenge and growth, God shaped his understanding and strengthened his commitment. The Garden of Creation Care has therefore emerged not merely as a project, but as a spiritual response—an act of obedience, love, and devotion to the Lord.
With a heart fully surrendered to God’s will, Dr. Yousaf desires that this garden becomes a living testimony of stewardship, faith, and the sacred responsibility entrusted to humanity to care for all that God has created.

is about a forward-thinking effort led by H.E. Bishop Samuel Azariah, the Director of the Christian Study Centre, to start and quickly set up the Garden of Creation Care. This initiative stands as a
From the beginning of time, God invited us to share in His work—to nurture, to protect, and to sustain the world He declared “very good.” This garden is rooted in that sacred calling.
In establishing this space, we affirm that Creation Care is not an optional activity, but an essential part of Christian discipleship. It reminds us that obedience to God’s first commandment in Genesis 2:15 is a continuous journey—one that shapes our spirituality, deepens our gratitude, and aligns our lives with the divine order.
The Garden offers more than plants and pathways. It is a living classroom, a sanctuary of reflection, and a place where theology becomes tangible. As we engage in urban agriculture, sustainable practices, and ecological learning, we rediscover the beauty of working with the soil—the same soil from which God formed humankind. Here, people of all ages and backgrounds can touch the earth, reconnect with God’s handiwork, and witness the blessings that emerge when we care for Creation with love.
This initiative also reflects our vision for interfaith harmony, community well-being, and environmental stewardship in Pakistan. In a time when our environment faces great uncertainties, this garden stands as a sign of hope—reminding us that small, faithful actions can lead to transformation. Every seed planted, every tree nurtured, and every child taught contributes to the healing of the world that God so graciously gave us.
