The Stewardship Program at the Christian Study Centre (CSC) is a holistic, faith-driven initiative designed to equip believers and communities to care for God’s Creation as a vital expression of Christian discipleship. Rooted in biblical teaching and strengthened by practical ecological wisdom, the program seeks to renew the Church’s understanding of humanity’s God-given role as caretakers of the earth and to translate that understanding into sustainable, community-centered action. In addition, the program embraces collaboration with people of other faiths, drawing upon their spiritual teachings on caring for Creation to promote the well-being of all living beings.

“Cultivated a living model of faithful stewardship where harmony between humanity and God’s Creation has been restored, nurtured, and celebrated — demonstrating how spiritual, social, and economic well-being can flourish together through responsible care for the Earth.”

Vision

Mission

“To inspire and equip communities to practice faithful stewardship by transforming the CSC Garden of Creation Care into a living classroom — where people of different believes learn, work, and worship together to restore the beauty of God's Creation. Through education, sustainable livelihood initiatives, and spiritual reflection, we seek to cultivate hearts and habitats that honor the Creator, empower communities, and sustain life.”

1.0 Faithful Stewardship

We honor God by responsibly caring for God’s Creation, recognizing the Earth as a sacred trust, not a possession.

5.0 Sustainability and Innovation

We promote creative and practical solutions for ecological balance, social, and economic inspired by faith and science.

6.0 Hope and Gratitude

We live with gratitude for God's gifts and nurture hope by planting seeds of renewal for generations to come.

7.0 Peace, Justice, Interfaith Harmony

We strive to restore right relationships — between humanity, nature, and the Creator — ensuring fairness, care, and peace in all our interactions.

Guiding Principle: Rooted in the truth that "The earth is the Lord’s” (Psalm 24:1), we embrace creation care as a core act of worship. We are faithful stewards, answering God's call to "work and take care of" His world (Genesis 2:15).
